The unintentionally funny Hill family -- led by achingly average patriarch Hank Hill (voiced by series creator Mike Judge) -- keeps the laughs coming in the 13th season of this long-running animated series set in a sleepy Texas suburb. The season's off to a good start when Hank's diabetic pal, Bill (Stephen Root), gets a wheelchair he doesn't really need. Later, Hank tries to help Strickland Propane by suggesting the company go "green."
